Step 1 — Disconnect the Battery

Step 2 — Allow the System to Cool Completely
Safety warning: the Webasto coolant loop runs hot. Coolant inside the heat exchanger and pump housing can exceed 100°C (212°F) immediately after the heater has been running. Wait a minimum of 30 minutes after the last heat cycle, and confirm with a temperature gun or by carefully feeling the upper radiator hose. The hose should be cool to the touch before you proceed.

Step 4 — Remove the Old Pump
