Shipping Damage or Defects Upon Arrival
- If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/packaging and your order details.
- We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
One-Year Warranty
- All products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year, we will repair or replace it free of charge (parts only; labor and shipping not included).
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
