628661 RV Refrigerator Power Circuit Board – Dometic & Norcold Replacement
The power circuit board is the brain of your RV refrigerator, managing 12V DC and 120V AC power distribution, cooling mode switching (gas vs. electric), gas ignition control, and temperature regulation. When this board fails, your fridge may stop cooling, fail to switch between gas and electric modes, or display error codes.
This 628661 replacement power circuit board is designed as a direct plug-and-play replacement for Dometic and Norcold RV refrigerator control boards. No programming required — simply remove the old board and install the new one.

Installation Guide
- Safety first: Disconnect 12V power at the battery. Unplug 120V shore power. Turn off propane supply.
- Access the board: Remove the refrigerator exterior access panel (vent cover). Locate the control board, typically mounted on the rear of the cooling unit behind a plastic cover.
- Document connections: Take a photo of the wire connections before disconnecting. Label wires if needed.
- Disconnect wires: Unplug the wire harness connectors from the old board. Note the position of each connector.
- Remove old board: Unscrew the 4 mounting screws holding the board to the refrigerator frame.
- Install new board: Mount the new 628661 board in the same position. Secure with the 4 mounting screws.
- Reconnect wires: Plug all wire harness connectors into the corresponding positions on the new board (refer to your photo).
- Test operation: Reconnect 12V power and 120V shore power. Turn on the refrigerator. Verify it cools in both gas and electric modes. Check for proper temperature regulation.
